SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Within the United States

Dunn’s Wild ships to all U.S. states and territories. Each item is made to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size of the item and destination.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days, though large or custom pieces may take longer.

  • Shipping times vary by carrier and location, typically 3–7 business days once dispatched.

We offer free local pickup at:

Walsenburg, Colorado

If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup window. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.

Packaging & Protection

All creatures and accessories are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for next steps.
 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays are out of our control. For lost or significantly delayed shipments:

  • Contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.

  • Replacement eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
     

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Dunn’s Wild is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
