We primarily use PLA filament, which is lightweight, strong, and environmentally friendly. Some custom orders may be available in PETG or other materials upon request.

Because each item is made to order, returns or exchanges are handled case-by-case. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging so we can file a shipping claim and make it right.

Yes! Most Dunn’s Wild creatures are fully articulated, meaning they feature movable joints—perfect for posing, displaying, or fidgeting.

Many of our creatures come from licensed creators and model designers, while others are custom-designed in-house. Each listing will state whether the model is licensed, original, or fan-inspired.

Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days for printing. During busy seasons, large or custom orders may take a little longer.

PLA offers great durability, but articulated pieces should still be handled with care—especially around small joints and thinner details like horns, fins, or wings.
