
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Dunn’s Wild, every creature is 3D printed to order with care and inspected before shipping. Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, we understand that issues can happen, especially when items are purchased for children. While our articulated dragons and fantasy figures are durable for display and gentle handling, they are not designed as heavy-duty toys. Breaks from rough play, drops, or forceful bending are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, you must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the outside and inside of the packaging

Your order number and name
Once we verify that the damage occurred during shipping, we will send a replacement or offer another solution.
Exchanges
Exchanges for other issues (such as print flaws or joint problems) are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional photos or information to determine eligibility.

Eligibility depends on the type of damage, how the figure was handled, and available stock.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Care Reminder
3D printed figures—especially articulated creatures—should be handled gently and may break if pulled, twisted roughly, or played with aggressively.
